Company's product have bra forming machine , automatic speed regularize double mould forming machine and automatic speed regularizing bullet head forming machine .The newlt developed bra forming machine is the new type product designedby our company.The product has the technical difficult on positioning steel ring and interior cup,the traditional bra forming machine may cause 20-30% waste in production caused by the replacement of steel ring and interior cup.In order to settle the problem, our company has applied double mould positioning which has effectively controlled the replacement .Additionally ,double mould positioning has also dropped the fotming time offabric and can completely meet the requirememts on handle and color diffence of fabric and can completely meet the requirements on handle and color difference of the product.Moreover,the machine is installed with automatic fabric press frame with single operator and higher efficiency.The newly developed automatic speed regularize double mould forming machine and automatic speed regularizing bullet head forming machine feature such advantages as automatically adjusting the dtopping speed,reducing the vibration of machine,saving the descending time,dropping the impact of fabric to sponge,and can completely meet the requirements of different products.We also improved the stability of the machine with interior value cylinder and the machine looks more beautiful.
